At Soto, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, then affix the return label to the outside.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; once scanned, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your return's journey.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
